We are now at Union Square Market
You can now find us at the Union Square Market on Mondays from 8 am until at least 5 pm! We will be there all year long. Our booth is located near the Union Square subway station so you can’t miss us.
Come by to say hi and check out our array of gourmet steaks, pork and farm fresh eggs. We have many cuts on display for you to take a look at and the difference in quality from store bought meat is undeniable.
We are so happy to now be a part of the Union Square Greenmarket family and after a crazy 2011 this was the perfect way to start 2012. We hope to see you there soon!

5611 Has Arrived!!
256 gave birth today to a heifer which means…. I am allowed to name her!! It is a bit unusual this time of the year for births but hopefully this means that more are to come all around. A little extra hay and warmth from their mama will comfort them in this weather.

Wrappin’ Up
The hay season (and hay) is all wrapped up, we are finding more time to repair all the things that broke during our “hay fever” rush. The warm weather is definitely helping us catch up in comfort.
